Stay cozy and warm on a cool evening with this long rectangular silk and cashmere scarf! Feel comforted by its very soft feel, which is gentle on your skin and to the touch.
The design is based on an original oil painting of red orchids with a green and turquoise background, inspired by a shaded tropical forest where beautiful orchids grow up and down the tree trunks.
Each scarf is printed on a 50% silk/50% cashmere blend, with a looser weave than our 100% Silk scarves, giving it a slightly transparent effect.
Size is 210 by 70 cm. (approximately 82.7 by 27.6 inches).

Made in Italy in small batches by experienced artisans in the Lake Como region.

I've purchased several scarves from Oksana as gifts over the past few years and the recipients have always loved them. The paintings are beautiful on their own, but their reproduction on silk is really impressive. Some of the colors (especially blues, teals, and oranges) are especially eye-popping and you don't see pigments like this on textile very often.
